The Bethesda African Cemetery Coalition, better known as The Moses Project, fighting against the desecration of the Moses African Cemetery has won an important victory against Montgomery County, Maryland. Granting a temporary injunction, the Honorable Carla N. Smith has found that Montgomery County must obey the laws protecting this historic cemetery. We celebrate with them and honor their struggle.
